north of Sierra Blanca, TX in Hudspeth County on Highway 1111.

ranch is flat to rolling situated between the Guadalupe Mountains
to the north and the Sierra Blanca’s to the south, ranging
in elevation from 4500' to 5200'. The clay and sandy loam soil
supports a variety of vegetation including, mesquite, chaparral
and other
shrubs and browse. The grasses on the ranch include tabosa, side
oats and other grasses common to the area.
Improvements: The
improvements include a barn, several sheds, 2 mobile homes and 2
sets of pens with one of those located at the headquarters. The
ranch is divided into 11 pastures and traps with fence conditions
ranging from fair to new.
Water: The
ranch is watered by numerous tanks plus a 1,200 FT. deep water
well located at the North headquarters with a water pipeline running
thoughout the property..
Livestock Operation: The
ranch can be utilized as a cow/calf or a yearling operation. Stocking
rate is approximately 400 to 500 head of cows or 1,000 head of
yearlings.
Hunting/recreation: The
ranch is well suited to the sports minded person offering a variety
of hunting and recreation. Trophy class mule deer and antelope
are located throughout the ranch, with several record book antelope
being taken from the property. For the bird hunter your days
can be filled with super quail hunting. And to fill in at the
